View Full Version : Help! How to delete SSID?

Hiya!

I've just upgraded from a wired+bridge sb1 to a wireless sb2... or tried to.
When entering the SSID it first offered me my neighbours's network
(sometimes I wonder why I even pay for my own internet access) and when I
opted to enter my own (hidden) SSID it still had it pre-entered as default.
I can type over the letters, sure, but I can't seem to find a way to delete
them. Since my SSID is shorter than theirs I have no way of entering the
correct string. The <= button just moves the cursor. What am I missing?
(sb2+bridge for now...)

Not sure how to get around your display/overwrite issue, but as a
workaround you might consider enabling SSID broadcast just long enough
to get your SB2 configured.

Try entering spaces (the 0 key if I'm not mistaken) over the remaining letters.
