Dear Sean,

If we buy it now, would the Chinese display on the VDF be software upgradeable?

Absolutely - we will need help with the character set and string
localization, of course.

Japanese is #1 on the list - Dan Sully already has it going in the web
interface for SlimServer 6. We just need a font for the VFD and a some
strings translated.

Right, the plan is to do the new characters on this display.
