What's the version of Lame.exe that's included in the standard Win32
server package? I just reinstalled 5.4.0 after a brief flirtation with
the nightly, and whilst streaming over my ADSL connection, the
conversion to 128kbs was maxing out the CPU on my server - which it
didn't do before. I replaced the version with one that came with the
distribution of another piece of software, and the CPU was back in the
10-15% range when converting. Very strange.

due to licensing issues, LAME is not included in the server distribution.
