View Full Version : SlimServer and radioShark?

I was just reading about radioShark, which is (oversimplified) TiVo for
streaming online feeds. It occurs to me that having radioShark record
these scheduled feeds and drop them into the SlimServer music directory
for listening would be groovy, especially if each was tagged with an
"online feed" genre to make locating the file easier with the remote.
Shortly thereafter, I realized that having a TiVo-style scheduling
Squeezebox front end for locating schedules and selecting feeds to
record would be even better.

It's a big project, and probably way outside my capabilities. Still, I
thought I'd see if anyone out there was already working on something
like that before I even consider looking into it.

might be feasible for mac or windows, they were very clear that they had
no intention of supporting linux when I asked them.
