Hello all!

After reinstalling the computer whichs runs my Slimserver (5.4.0) on
Windows XP now my (unprotected) m4a files won't play anymore. The
Squeezebox jumps through all the songs in the playlists, trying to play
each one for a second but there is no sound.

If installed the latest Quicktime (6.5.2) on this machine and it can
play those m4a files without problems. They are definitely _not_
protected, I created them myself using iTunes 4.x.

I've read some related threads here on the list and looked at the
log.txt after switching on the source debug mode. Here is the
(presumably) relevant part of what I get:

As you can see I'm trying to stream them in aif format. When I try to
use lame and stream in mp3 I get basically the same error:

I even tried to convert the file manually with move123.exe ("move123.exe
Title.m4a >Title.aif" - is that how it's supposed to work???) which
gives me an error message as well:

Failed at line: 316
Conversion failed with error: -3000

Does anybody know what's going on here?

Alexander.
