You can stream the output from SoftSqueeze or Winamp to a .wav file, it is
stored on your computer but it's not like the music is terribly good quality
and you would have to go in and edit the .wav file to cut it into separate
tracks, create ID3V2 tags, etc.

Live365.com would be a good place to start for looking at streaming mp3
stations.
