View Full Version : Last.fm webservice now available

I have written a plugin for the new LastFM webservice.

It is 99% done ( I have to add support for selecting other users'
stations).

However it appears the LastFM webservice doesn't yet work correctly (it
won't change station on request)
and they requested apps for the webservice not be released widely as
yet.

So, when it's working I will release the plugin!

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Last.fm personalized
internet radio service, but it is a *good* thing to be sure, but due to
its
mode of operation currently not accessible via Slimserver.

I've noticed that they have now announced the availability of a
webservice to
allow initiation and control of one of their streams, and idly wondered
if any
of our fantasticly talented plugin devs might fancy their chances at
knocking
up some sort of interface?
