Fair comment ;)

For me, I would have said it was a quirk (and therefore a bug) in the
original ripping s/w. I'd certainly consider SS to be more "sensitive"
than other applications in light of this, but personally I wouldn't have
called it a bug. Having said that, however, I can see how it might also
be considered a bug in SS - and if the devs are in agreement, then fair
enough :)

I think we're arguing semantics here. That's exactly what I think it
is, too. The only difference is that I consider that a slimserver bug
(and I think the devs would agree with me), while you don't.

It's quite possibly _also_ a bug in the tools I used to rip/tag, but
according to Postel's Law[0], it's not incorrect to consider this a bug
in both systems.
