Hi - I know that the Logitech spec is 18V 1A, but does anybody know if a 15V or a 24V is acceptable? Reason is that Phihong, who was making the most convenient *exact* replacement has discontinued the 18V version. The battery pack is 12V, so even w/o DC/DC, is this is 10*1.2V NiMH charged at 1.4V each, a 15V could do the job ... but I have no idea of the schematic and how the charger is made. If this is linear or flyback/SEPIC charger, the Vcc requests are different, of course. I can find 18V PSU for sure, I just would prefer to buy Phihong.

15V certainly should work. But I'm not sure it would be able to charge
the battery. I think I've run some of my Radios with 12V (without battery)
