    SoftSqueeze - New User

    Hi Music Lovers,

I came to know about this awesome device today itself
    - Squeezebox. It has been my long time wish to be
able to carry around my laptop in my home and listen
to music on " wireless speakers ". But I did not know
a device like Squeezebox could do that.
While I was reading more information about it, I came
to know that Softsqueeze simulates the physical device
and Ie can actually try it it out before I buy device.

I have downloaded and installed SlimServer and
Softsqueeze on my laptop(win xp home sp2) and am able
to listen to my MP3s. So far so good. My Question:

Is is possible for me to wirelessly listen to this
music on my music palyer using Softsqueeze. Because I
thought that was what the reader on amazon.com said.
Could not find anything on softsqueeze website. If it
is possible, I would like to know what additional
    software/hardware is needed.

I am totally keen to try this and see how it works and
does it really give me what I want. I will immidiately
    buy the Squeeze box then.

    Thanks a bunch!

    Manoj

By music player I assume you mean your stereo... if so, yes. The
Squeezebox takes your music and puts it out via RCA or SPIDF to a music
    player.
