I have a Harmony Elite with a hub. It can control devices with IP, Bluetooth and IR. It seems to only use IR for Squeezeboxes. Is it possible to make it use IP? I have my IR emitter in my AV closet and would like to be able to control my squeezeboxes in the living room or bedroom using the Harmony app on my phone.

Using SqueezeControl, I've been controlling both my SB Touch devices for years from different rooms, without a Harmony.

Isn't there a phone app you can use?

It's a shame given that Harmony and SB are/were manufactured by Logitech, but Harmony onlys control Squeezeboxes by IR. So you'll need to get IR controlled by Harmony in your living room and bedroom, either by getting additional Harmony Hubs, or using range extenders from your existing hub. Or per the other response, bypass Harmony and use an app on your phone that directly controls the Squeezeboxes.
