Question: the current plugin will need to be updated?

Cheers,

JF.

I don't know. There already is code to deal with Sublime and HiRes
content. I would assume it should cover Sublime+, too. But then
sometimes the data returned by the API changes... Please let me know
about your findings.

Thanks for the answer. Will see when available in May. But would only subscribe if Sublime + is fully compatible with Squeezebox.

Cheers!

Please define "fully compatible": Squeezebox doesn't support all those
higher resolutions. And I'm not sure how well the small buffer on
Transporter, Classic etc. will cope with those bitrates. Make sure you
enable proxied streaming in LMS.

Ahaha, right, forgot this... The Touch can still play 24/96.
But we could get 24/192 when using some of the IQAudio/hifiberry soundcards on Raspberry, right?

Qobuz Sublime Plus works perfect on LMS (Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.1 - 1511768958 @ Mon Nov 27 07:56:56 CUT 2017) with the Qobuz plugin.
I have tested 44.1/24 (1522kbps), 48/24 (1635kbps), 88.2/24 (2549kbps) and 96/24bit (2713kbps).
Haven't found anything higher yet.

Played the files with Squeezelite on Cubox (Linux), Mac (OSX) and a Transporter.

One happy camper here...! Who needs Roon...? :-)

Thanks for the heads up and reply.

They have recently promoted the Squeezebox solution via the "unofficial" LMS Qobuz plugin :-)

BTW, quick question as you are using qobuz: today I have experienced some buffering from Qobuz. Are you also experiencing this?

Seems to be better today but have only listened 3 minutes. Did you contact their support? I have sent a tweet yesterday but they didn't answer.

Got again some heavy rebuffering with Qobuz BUT it seems that it's occuring only on my Booms. Just tired the same feed on different Radio or Touch and it seems ok...I need to further test... Is the boom caching different? Is it handling differently a stream than any other player?

Maybe on the Boom, try this.

On the Settings > Player > Audio > change from "direct streaming" to "proxied streaming"

worth a shot :p

I'm still experiencing a lot of re-buffering on Transporter. The Qobuz desktop app is working perfectly. Therefore it has to be :
1. problem with Transporter
or
2. problem with wi-fi

Unfortunately, I've had no luck connecting Transporter via ethernet. I cannot get it to connect(an old problem).
