No product on the face of the earth now provides more ways to access its
support list. Subscribe by email; use your newsreader; access the RSS feed;
point your browser to the web-based forum. The same content is available via
any of these methods.
And after purchasing a Squeezebox you have access to all of the above plus
direct email and phone support from Slimdevices.
Does that about cover it?
So to summarize: everyone gets it. We got it. Slimdevices got it.
