View Full Version : Internet station browser?

Is it just my imagination, or is there no way to browse for internet radio
stations via the SlimServer web interface? It seems the only way to browse
for stations is via the SqueezeBox display.

It would be a lot nicer to browse and search for internet radio stations via
the SlimServer web interface -- wouldn't it?

Currently I find it best to use WinAmp to browse stations, then I save the
ones I like out to playlists for use by SlimServer. But it would be way
supercool to browse stations directly from the SlimServer web interface.

If I'm right and it's really not there (I could be just blind, of course),
are there plans for it in the future?

================================================== ==
On a totally related topic, I have a question about a server setting:

Under "Server Settings/Internet Radio/Minimum Bitrate", what are the units?
What is an example of a correct setting? In other words, if I want to only
display stations streaming at least 128K, do I enter "128", "128000", or
"128K" in this field?

Thanks,

I'd love to see this function as well ... been thinking it would be
nice to see the full list rather than always scrolling through each
time
