Hi, I've lost password for my Squeezebox account. I tried to use "Reset Password" procedure - the message appears: "An email has been sent to my email with your new password. Please log in again using your email address and the new password." - but I received no email. Does anyone has similar problem? Any solution?

Perhaps the mail was filed as spam?

I agree with the suggestion to call support. The latest number I have for Logitech Squeezebox Support (United States) is 877-887-8889.
