Gavin,
I also found this on first upgrade to 5.4.
The problem cleared after I rebooted my server.

Subject: [slim] Softsqueeze or Slimsever bug

Hi,

I upgraded to 5.4 last night, the install went quite well but have
noticed a
small problem:

Environment: Win XP Pro as Server, 2 Slimp3s attached and several
instances
of Softsqueeze.

Problem: Every time I re-start Softsqueeze on my main machine (static Ip
address) SlimServer sees it as a new player - this means I have to
constantly re-set all of the sttings etc.

Has anyone else seen this ?

Gavin
