Not quite a station, but BBC Radio 4 is currently broadcasting 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep' - Sundays at 3pm BST. Somewhat in the style of Philip Marlowe ....

I listened on Live365 to a station that played old radio crime/mystery/scifi shows. I'm sorry but I don't know the name. However doing a quick search of radio stations does yield Scifi Radio :
Title: Scifi Radio

SomaFM has a unique online station that overlays ambient electronic
music with historic NASA astronaut communication recordings. Sounds
odd, but it really works.
