I was watching "The Blacklist" series and towards the end of the show was a song related to what was going on in the show. Another gal was working on seducing the husband of the main character. The song is "Jolene" by "Dolly Parton". The one on the show had been slowed down, but was the song by Dolly. I found it on Youtube;

It's a great song and I think I like this altered version better than the one I have! Not sure if it was this pitch corrected one or the not pitch corrected one that was originally uploaded last year. The Youtube versions are titled "Slow Ass Jolene" with one identified as pitch corrected along with the speed change.

Or The film/play "Rock of Ages" where they turn classic 1980s big hair heavy metal into Broadway show tunes. Funny thing is just how well this works.

The beatles, the stones, alan parsons did it on some tracks BEFORE the album was mastered.
