I've discovered that my existing system has resulted in some strange inconsistencies: see http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?100339-UE-Radio-Sb-Radio-back-to-UE&goto=newpost

Essentially the two Radios I have don't show the UE update option.

I have created a new account at mysbcom - I have an LMS server pointing to this new account.

What's the best way to migrate each device from their original mysb.com registration to the new one?

I assume the first step is to delete the player devices from the original account?

Don't try to mess with x players just because one of them doesn't play
nicely. It won't reduce complexity and most likely will not fix that one
player's misbehaviour... send me that player's MAC address and I'll check
what is wrong with it. (Hey, you could have called support - did you try
that?)

Okay - MACs sent.

I didn't realise it was an issue until yesterday.

To be honest, I've never found support to be very helpful on technical issues - sorry!
