Why not splitting acces to slimserver in two (or more) interfaces ?

The idea is :
I want my 2 kids to access Slimserver in order to create their own playlists
(more comfortable) but I do not want them to modify the server settings. With
two "entries", I can have a very light interface and a full-specs interface.

By the way, modifying the playlist of a someone else's squeezebox is funny...
once. So limiting access of an interface to one squeezebox may also be a good
idea.

http://serverIP:9000/index.html?player=00:AA:BB:CC:DD:EE

where that last bit is the player MAC address, found from player settings. You
can bookmark this to have it load to only one player. easiest way to block
access to the rest would be a pared down skin that does not have settings
links. Then you bookmark like so:
http://serverIP:9000/NewSkin/index.html?player=00:AA:BB:CC:DD:EE

having their own playlists/user areas is already someting that is a recorded
enhancement request, as is marking songs explicit, and multi-level passwords,
etc. realisticly, its not something that is likely to be implemented any time
soon as the roadmap (wiki.slimdevices.com) is focussing on other things.
