Touch won't connect to library

If I drop my windows firewall, then I can connect to my library, but if the windows firewall is on, then it won't connect.

I checked on the firewall's 'programs to allow access' and it shows all the logitech programs are checked. I use windows 7.

Not sure how to fix this so I can access my music library?
