Using password with Logitech Media Server

    Hello,

I would like to user the Touch with a remote Logitech Media Server. However this LMS is username/password protected and I haven't found how to specify the username/password on the Touch ?
    Is is not possible ?
Or is there a way to hack this by SSH-ing into the Touch ?

    Thanks,

The touch should just ask you when you connect

    Ah yes of course !
    Sorry for the dumb question.

In fact I forgot to open port 3483 and the Touch was unabled to connect at all.
Now that I fully opened it, it's OK.

I am not really comfortable by letting an open port 3483 like that on my server. For what it worth, I also don't feel safe with just basic HTTP authentication on port 9000.
I suppose that the best solution would be to create a VPN access with my router, but unfortunately my router is very simple and doesn't offer that kind of service.

    Thanks anyway !
