Can't find Extension Downloader

I can see that it is ticked in the plugins section but I cannot look at the settings for it.
LMS 7.7.2 running on Windows 7

Any ideas?

The "Extension Downloader" is simply the improved plugins interface that you get on the "Plugins" tab in the LMS web ui. Go to that tab and you will see the settings for it are basically tick boxes for allowing 3rd party plugins to be listed, and the boxes to enter URLs for plugin repositories that aren't accessed by default.
