You need to access the Zyxel NSA via a web browser and as administrator.
When you have the admin screen up go to "Media Server/Share Publish".
I have all the boxes ticked from left to right on the share named "music".

Once you've done that access LMS, do a clear and rescan, and Robert's your Mother's Brother.

    chris,
Thanks for the iformation but looks like you have the same problem as me: in e last picture, where you show me an option to clean and reesan again, the option just before that one is where you should have a box herre you cna choose wich file you want to scan and all that you have is the same legend as me: " Please go to the page of media server to modify this setting" . I saw this line substitutes by a box for you to chosee e exact file you want to scan.

"Please go to the page of media server to modify this setting" is telling you to access the NSA as Administrator and define the folders to scan (2nd screenshot).
You cannot define the folder to be scanned from LMS.

My NSA and LMS work fine, so how can there be a problem?

    Chris,
Under "music" folder I have 2 subfolders and want to scan only one of them. Please follow this link, in there you will see another thread that I create abut this same matter. In the 4th post there is a photo of a menu of the person who replied where there is an option to choose wich folder to choose, this is what Im looking for. thanks

What you're trying to do is easy with a PC running LMS.
Unfortunately you're not doing it with a PC running LMS - the NSA is a very limited capability machine (it's a file server), and processor intensive actions are not its forté.
It can't, for example, resample files on the fly.

The final post on the thread you linked to says it all.

Can you not create another folder to place the folder you do not want to have scanned by LMS?
I created a folder for 24/192 files, as at one point they could not be played from the NSA (they can now, thanks to Triode's EDO applet), and this folder was not scanned by LMS.
In all likelihood there's no problem with the NSA, but your expectations of its capabilities might be too high.
