LMS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's? Something, somewhere is preventing LMS from seeing the internet.
Might be that a port is being used by another program which might prevent LMS from seeing the internet. Also firewalls or anti-virus?

Thanks for the response. This newby/non computer saavy user greatly appreciates all the help I can get.
Everything under the Diagnostics tab says "OK". When I first got the Touch and installed LMS (Sat. 4th), the first set of ports kept reporting "Failed". I had read that this could be a firewall/antivirus issue, so I contacted Norton and they changed some settings in my firewall/antivirus program (Norton Internet Security 2012). Since then all the ports report "OK".
Not sure if this is relevant, but when in LMS Control Panel under the Accounts Tab, when I put in my email address and password then click on "Apply", I get an error message that says an unexpected error has occured, check and make sure connectivity is working fine. If I click on the link under that tab for creating a new account it takes me right to the mysb.com page. So it seems like "connectivity" is fine? I have no issues accessing the internet using my laptop and the Touch itself has no issue connecting to the internet. I'm not having any problems controlling the Touch via LMS or Remote Control on mysb.com.
I don't have my laptop with me at work, so if there are any other settings you need me to check I can do that when I get home this evening.
Again, thank you!Last edited by Saturn94; 2012-08-06 at 06:34.

Saturn,
Only other thing that comes to mind is to verify that your MySB.com login info is actually correct & the same for all items.
- MySB.com web UI login
- LMS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com
- Touch > Settings > Advanced > SqueezeBox Information > MySB.com

I can go to mysb.com and login with my email and password.
Yesterday I did go into LMS > Settings > My Squeezebox and entered my email and password, then clicked on "Apply". I didn't get any error messages. However, if I go into LMS Control Panel > Accounts and enter my email and password, I get the error message to check connectivity.
I'm pretty sure my email and password are correct on the Touch as I have no trouble getting the Touch to connect to mysb.com.
I'll double/triple check these after work and let you know what I find.

Update
I looked through Norton's Firewall log and could not find any instances of anything being blocked or denied access. Before I tried uninstalling or reinstalling anything, I figured I would turn the firewall off to see if it was the issue.
So, I turned the firewall off, launched LMS, went into Control Panel > Accounts, and re-entered my email and password (this time I got no error message). I then opened LMS Web Control and my app now appears there and works properly. So at that point I'm thinking I do have a firewall issue. To very this, I completely closed LMS, turned the firewall back on, then relaunched LMS. Guess what.........the app is still there and still works!
I honestly don't know why turning the firewall off and back on would work. Will I have to do this every time I load a new app? Perhaps just shutting my computer down and rebooting today had something to do with it (I didn't think to check to see if the app was showing in LMS before I tried the above procedure)?
Any suggestions for another great app (I just have Shoutcast as of now) I can load and see if it will show up in LMS without me having to go through any gyrations?
