Solution for keeping Android phone in sync with selected playlists on LMS

Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to download playlists or albums from my LMS (running on a NAS) to my Android phone and keep the heuristics of those songs synchronized. For clarity: the songs have to be on the memory of the phone so I can play them complety offline, also without connection to the server.

With syncing I mean that I want to keep the play count and last played dates etc. correct and be able to rate songs on my phone which are synced back to the server. Anyone an idea how I can do that?

With SqueezeCommander you can download the music but you won't be able to keep playlists and statistics.
