    no sync option between touch and radio

    I have a squeezebox radio and a new squeezebox touch. When I go to settings | synchronize , all I get is a message saying "add one or more additional squeezeboxes to use the synchronize feature etc......." Both devices are on. Radio is connected via wifi and touch via ethernet. Have tried from the touch, radio, web controller, and the android app. I understood that these 2 were able to be synced. Ideas??? Thx

    Are you using a local LMS running on a computer or NAS? sounds like one is connected to your local LMS and the other is connected to mysqueezebox.com. Both players have to be connected to either the same LMS or both connected to mysqueezebox.com.
    Location 1: VortexBox Appliance 6TB (2.2) > LMS 7.7.2 > Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet)
    Location 2: VBA 3TB (2.2) > LMS 7.7.2 > Touch > Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio)
    Office: Win7(64) > LMS 7.7.2 > SqueezePlay
    Spares: VBA 4TB, SB3, Touch (3), Radio (3), CONTROLLER
    Controllers: iPhone4S (iPeng), iPad2 (iPengHD & SqueezePad), CONTROLLER, or SqueezePlay 7.7 on Win7(64) laptop
    Ripping (FLAC) - dbpoweramp, Tagging - mp3tag, Spotify
