I have ThinkPad T420S with Win7 (64-bit) which happily installed LMS 7.7.1 on my ReadyNAS Ultra 2. Everything was working fine (besides a slow controller) until I thought I'd upgrade LMS to 7.7.2.
Now I have no working LMS, can't upgrade the RAIDiator to 4.2.20 per instructions. No need to run the cleaning program for LMS per instruction on the ReadyNAS forum.
Can't upgrade to 4.2.20 RAIDiator and I am afraid of restarting the damn thing in case the OS is damaged and need a factory reinstall and loose 14 000 music files.
So here I am, no music, pissed off and must bother hours about things that should be seamless, thank you Microsoft, Logitech and Netgear for ytour joint effort to make my life easier...damn shit shit shit and nobody's ass to kick.

So what about installing 7.7.2 on ReadyNAS Ultra 2?

Have you looked under Add-Ons in your ReadyNAS FrontView interface?
Installing and/or removing LMS won't damage, change, or remove any core OS components. There shouldn't be any issue with you updating RAIDiator to 4.2.20, even if LMS isn't working right.Squeezebox devices: Boom, Duet, and Radio
DLNA devices: Sony Bravia TV, WMP11 on Win7
