CA has released the new, small form-factor DacMagic 100 and I am thinking of upgrading my system with this. However, I am still wondering if the improvement in audio quality is worth the price (the Touch's internal DAC delivers decent sounds and I am not sure if the new DAC makes a big difference). Can anyone help me with this.

I'd suggest borrowing one (or buying one with option to return) and trying it.
Only you know your setup components, your musical tastes, and your preferences for sound quality, so any advice offered by any of us might be of little relevance to your purchasing decision.
Best luck!

Yeah that is a good point although people can mention what sort of music
they like to give an idea how it might suit a buyer.

Home audition is crucial. Let us know how you get on.
Other reasonably priced DACs to consider:-
Audiolab M-Dac
Arcam rDAC
CEntrance DACmini CX
Fidelity Audio DAC-150
Rega DAC
More expensive stuff abounds, of course but is it snake oil and diminishing returns?

This list of reasonably priced DACs could go on, but they have gotta be good to sigificantly improve on the SBT DAC... so I will add two more excellent DACs to this list:
Stan Beresfords new Bushmaster DAC
Goldenote DAC-7 (Italian DAC but superb).
