Using bass subwoofer speaker without Boom speakers?

I use the SBBoom for the subwoofer capability with my main Touch-controlled stereo system. Is there a way to have only the subwoofer speaker on while the Boom speakers are off? Not a big deal, just curious. Thanks.

Are you sure that you can't connect your sub-woofer to your amp? There could be a pre-out some-where...

Good suggestion but, the amp/preamp is in a different room from the subwoofer.

Does the sub have it's own cross-over so it only plays lower freq's? If yes, try setting the Boom's Line Out to headphones.

Yes, the sub does have cross-over. And, setting the Boom on headphones did turn its speakers off while keeping the sub on. Thank you so much for the suggestion!
