SB Radio won't connect to MySB.com

I'm not using the media server, just connecting to mysqueezebox.com. For the past three days I've gotten the dreaded red icon and all selections either disappear or don't work. I have reset to factory settings, rebooted, etc, etc, and still nothing. The radio is essentially dead, even though the Diagnostics screen says everything is okay. I'm stumped. This has only happened once before and it self-corrected within 24 hours. Is there a problem with mysb.com that I don't know about or has the radio well and truly died? By the way, firmware is up to date and it doesn't work wired or wireless.

Sure you are connected to your WiFi network? i.e. Not connected to a neighbors WiFi by the same name? Your WiFi name (SSID) is unique to only your network?
Tried turning off encryption on your router?

Try selecting My Music, when that fails go to Radio > Settings > Advanced > Network > "switch to MySB.com"

Sure you tried wired correctly? Factory Reset is required to change between WiFi & ethernet. Just plugging in a cable does not make it wired.

I suspect your Radio is not even connecting to your network (or any network).

Interestingly, today I turned the radio on and it's connected. I did nothing different, it just....works. Weird!

Thanks for answering and I'll keep your advice handy to try next time.
