Extremely loud noise in the middle of playback!!

Hi,
I got a Squeezebox Radio for Christmas and i have been very happy with it untill now.
I have tried to fiind out what's going on and why it suddenly turns up the volume to max and just makes this enormous noise.
I have no idea if this comes from the server or the radio and have not found any reason to why it does like this, it never happends playing the same songs or albums and so far it has not happend during radio playback, just local files.

I have the latest version of the server installed.

Has any one else got any idea what might be the problem?

I have had it 3 times today, using the newest software and server station.
I am shocked just woke up with volume at 100% extremly loud, to avraid to use it as radio anymore.
think about it, its about 50cm next to my head my heart was booming so fast...

Think it is about the software please help us out.
I won't use my squeezebox anymore untill it has been fixed, and i realy love music.
