I just discovered that my black Radio is only playing the left channel (mono) when using the line-in input. My white Radio plays both channels merged through the line-in, as it should. I checked the player settings for audio in LMS and it is set to play both channels. I still need to check if it's just the line-in or all sources, but my husband is using it right now. He has already tried different cords.
Is there anything else I should check before I open a ticket with Logitech support? This is the Radio I received for beta testing so don't even know if they will do anything for me.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Definitely a problem with the line-in plug connection. If I jiggle it just right I lose all audio, but no amount of jiggling will play the right channel. Sent a support ticket in (after waiting 20 minutes on hold for phone support before hanging up). I had a problem with the power cord on this same Radio.

Hubby fixed it with soldering iron. I like having a handy hubby!
