Did you get this radio brand new ? No previous owner .
Network issues, please describe your network .
Basically all things players and server should be on the same network and subnet.
Servers firewall must allow port 9000tcp and 3483tcp/udp .
If you use more than one router take care to only have one dhcp try to use one as ap only and don't go via the wan port.
Otherwise it could be another NAT/Firewall to fuzz with--------------------------------------------------------------------

Do the factory reset and re-enter network and MySB.com info will fix your problem.
I think the radio is bought used. The previous owner deleted the radio from MySB.com account but did not do a factory reset before selling the radio. The radio will let you provide the network info when it's not able to connect to the network. But when the radio cannot connect to the MySB.com account from the previous onwner, it will connect to a default (un-registered) MySB.com account. Hence everything still work when you first get the radio. But once you connected to LMS, you will not be able to switch back to the default MySB.com account (don't know why). The only way to switch your radio from the previous owner's MySB.com account to your is applying a factory reset.

How to break total dependence on lMS when (my) remote server is down?
Hi Again All,
To answer a few questions.... I hope the radio was new: I purchased at Office Depot during the holidays. There was nothing on the box that mentioned 'refurb' or openbox, etc.
Re the network: My LMS is on a computer at my work place - it's on 7/24.
Am I able to call Logitech support, say, within the first year, for this or any other problem which may arise?
Thanks, GA

I have 4 radios. They all had separate MySB.com accounts at the beginning for different favorites on my kids' radio. After sometimes, my kids were more familiar with radios. I wanted all radios to connect to just one MySB.com account. I when to 3 accounts disconnected and deleted the radios. I thought that when the radio not able to connect to MySB.com account and will prompt me for a MySB.com account to connect. But instead, it connected to a default mySB.com account. After the radio connected to LMS, it can not switch back to mySB.com. I had to do the factory reset and enter networking and mySB.com account info for 3 radios for moving them to the same MySB.com account.
If you have not tried the factory reset, You may want to try it.Last edited by ply3908; 2012-06-08 at 09:07.
