Bugzilla e-mail notifications - Have these been turned off ?

Normally I receive an e-mail notification of creation and changes to a filed bug report. But recently I noticed that I received no email notification for a newly filed bug.

I'm puzzled. Has something been turned off ?

Update: Now seems to back on (4 June).

    ditto.

I'm trying to register a new account on the bug tracker and I never get the email confirmation.

Who is left there at Logitech working on LMS/SlimDevices? The wiki hasn't had an update in quite a long time. I tried to email Chris Owens as mentioned on the wiki, but it bounced. Seems things are going a little quiet?

Well, Bugzilla version 4 release notes say: "You can no longer search using the votes argument in Bug.search."
So, perhaps you can't, any more.

odd, b/c when i go to bugzilla, and choose custom search, votes are one of the criteria.

why depricate this totally useful way to track bugs you're into? is there a custom search i can setup to emulate "my votes"?
