Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account

Using latest 7.7.8 nightly. I don't usually connect to mysqueezebox.com, but at the moment I have my Boom and my Touch connected (using the players' screens), and happily playing different radio stations. When I go to my account at mysqueezebox.com, although I am logged in, I am getting the message "Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account." Is there another mysqueezebox.com somewhere, I seem to recall having to connect to a .test version a good while ago, is this still the case?

    Any help appreciated.

    EDIT:

On my Boom I get: Settings > Information > mysqueezebox.com Information, Account: ijhleaton@xxxxxxxxxx, I don't know who ijleaton is, probably a very nice guy, but I aint he.

On my Classic I get: "Can't find address for mysqueezebox.com. Left to go back, right to try again"

On my Touch I get: mysqueezebox.com registration: Not Registered.

On my Radio I get: Account unlinked@slimdevices.com

    What a mess!

It's best to contact Logitech support.
Provide them with all your MAC addresses
Also give them your mysb.com account name.
And they will assign the squeezeboxes to the correct account for you.

I've factory reset my Radio, Touch and Classic, these are now showing on mysqueezebox.com.
I've contacted Logitech support regarding my Boom which is registered to someone else, awaiting support email.

    Many thanks

    Update:

The problem was fixed by Logitech Support, they asked for my Boom MAC address, and re-registered the player to my account

However, that was 4 weeks ago, my Boom is now once again registered to the same wrong account (ijhleaton@xxxxxxxxxx)

The Boom was purchased by me, brand new, when they first appeared.

    How does this happen?

    Update:

Logitech support re-registered my Boom to my email address, I'll see how long it lasts this time.
