    Login issue with SiriusXM app

    I've been having a problem getting SiriusXM on my Radio.

    I installed the SiriusXM app on my radio and when I try to login via msb.com I get "GlobalServiceFailedLogin" I also can't login from the radio itself.

    I have the premium service from SiriusXM which works fine on my phone and PC.

    My original username was my email address, i tried changing it something without a "@" or ".", but that didn't help.

    Any suggestions?

    I had this problem when I let my SiriusXM subscription expire and then signed up again six months later. I removed the app and downloaded the "Settings Remover" plugin and even that didn't work. The only thing that worked was to connect my Squeezebox to my.squeezebox.com and add the SiriusXM app with my new username and password. After that I reconnected it with my home Squeezebox server and everything started working again.

    This isn't unique to Squeezebox, I have a few other WiFi radios (Grace in particular) that are permanently unable to use SiriusXM anymore due this sort of software bug where the account remembered by the WiFi radio is invalid and there's no way to remove it. It's something the app writers forgot about.
