    Simple question: Remote highlight colour

Is it possible to change the highlighted background when browsing on the touch using the remote? I have a black wallpaper and the highlighted line is hardly very different.

Try Settings -> Advanced -> Applet Installer.

    Uncheck "Recommended Applets Only".

See if you find something related to highlight colors. I can't check my Touch right now, I only have SqueezePlay to play with, but IIRC there should be something there ...

I'm pretty sure there's an app now, so you don't need to go through the manual procedure described in the wiki.

They are under the "Patch Installer". But available for SB Radio only, not for SBT (wondering why.)

Most likely because the author did not have anything but a radio to test on.

Well I followed the link and altered the 3 line images. The path is slightly different on the Touch but easy enough to find the files.

I went for purple in the living room and green in the conservatory!

It has worked well on the Touch in the living room where i have purple highlight but so far in the conservatory the touch there has only picked up the right hand side image (behind the >).

When I get time I will try kicking it again. Is there a good way of powering off/rebooting without just pulling the plug?

Use the reset button, which is on the back of the Touch, on the left-hand side as you face the front of the Touch. A short press and hold (2-3 secs) will reboot. A long press-and-hold (~10-15 secs) will return the Touch to the factory default settings.

If you already are in a ssh session just type reboot at the prompt and hit enter.
