It's getting harder to believe that this is a Logitech problem, too. Lately, even Slacker's own web player at Slacker.com will stop randomly after a song or two. Pressing "Play" to start it up again uses up a Skip, too. Sounds like they've broken their own system!
Too bad, because they have the best depth of some of the music I listen to. Luckily, I have a "Slacker Radio" device, and since it downloads and caches everything at once, I've always got about a thousand songs to listen to without stopping after a few. If only the battery held out that long...

One player-type at a time.
I believe that Slacker will only support one player-type at a time. For instance, if you are logged into the iPhone Slacker app and try to play Slacker on your Squeeze players it will eventually fail. This also applies if you are logged into the Slacker web site. So, you might be certain you are LOGGED OUT of all Slacker areas except your Squeezes.
You can still synch all the different Squeezebox players to the SAME Slacker station.
Maybe this'll help(if I am correct).Last edited by Ikabob; 2012-05-20 at 03:52.

What you say is correct, but it's not the cause of the problem. I only have Slacker running on a single player and did not run any other Slacker app.
An earlier poster indicated that Slacker itself may be at fault. I don't think so; when I *do* run Slacker's web app on my PC, it works fine without any hangs or drops.

Well, not to be hasty, but it seems to be working better for me. I used to get one or two songs before it quit, and sometimes it wouldn't even start at all and would go right to the error message. The last couple of days, though, I've gone through 30-60 minutes at a time several times without a problem. I hope it's fixed - I've missed my Slacker on my Boom, Receiver and online!
