This is a relatively new problem, but has been driving me nuts for weeks now. I can't seem to keep connected to my wireless network. This seemed to happen right after the combination of upgrading to version 7.7.2 and changing to a new Westell router. All of my other wireless products work fine (laptop, two ROKU radios, two iphones, printer). The only problem is the Squeezebox. It "sometimes" connects to my wireless and drops out at random times during the day, from just a few minutes, to an hour or more. More frequently now, it tries to connect but never does, even when I enter the network name and password. Now it's consistently refusing to connect.
Has anybody heard of the wireless card in the radio going out? Or I suppose there's the possibility that the software upgrade could have done something. Any input would be appreciated.

It would probably be good to rule out one or the other.
Have you tried to conenct the Radio with the current formware to that old router you had? (Or even a different router?)
If that works fine, it could be due to your new router. Perhaps interference from other networks? Devices? You could try changing channels on the router?
If your testing with the old router, or another router, did not "solve" the problem, you could always try installing your previous firmware again to see if that improves things...

Sure Radio is connecting to *your* WiFi and not a neighbors WiFi with the same name (SSID)? Is your WiFi a unique name?

Is your new router on a channel above 11?
I had some weirdness with one of my Radios when I selected channel 13 to test something & forgot to switch it back.

Well I moved the channel this morning before I left for work from Channel 11 to Channel 10, and the radio seemed to connect immediately, and I think play all day. Still going.
So maybe that was it. Keeping my fingers crossed! And thank you all for your help.
