    Live 365

    Hi All,

Just wondered whether Live 365 app is borked for everyone? I noticed it first on mysb.com (and I posted in that thread), but on further investigation, it seems broken on LMS as well, so I figured I'd better see if anyoine reading this can check it for me too?

Basically, for me, every option in the Live 365 app says 'failed to parse' or returns 'empty' other than my own presets/favourites and the 'search by keyword' function (both of which work just fine). Problem is that I can't use the app to browse for new stations - only to play the ones I have already marked as favourites.

Because it can clearly connect, it proves the login is working, so I'm guessing that Live 365 have changed their api and Logitech's app needs an update.

    Anyone else?

    Hi Jimzak

When you try to browse all Live 365 stations, do they all come up?

I can get to my favourites and pre-sets, but I can't browse anything new on the Live 365 app - they all say 'Nothing' or 'Failed to Parse'

I can confirm this behaviour with my Transporter. I upgraded from 7.5.4 to 7.7.1 and now have exactly the behavior you describe with Live 365. Server installed on Dlink DNS323 with funplug and removal of all previous version including funplug as per upgrade instructions and included forced firmware upgrade using hold brightness on remote. I note that there are changes at Live 365, but consider it unlikely that changes there could coincide perfectly with the upgrade to 7.7.1. Why would this not effect 7.5.4?

Anyone from Logi working on fixing this?

Seems to be just a changed API at Live 365?

I wish the problem would be fixed. I have not been able to listen to any of the Live365 stations except the ones in the Favorites section. It won't let me browse stations within genres - it keeps saying Empty. Why is this happening and what can be done to correct the problem?

However bugzilla has not worked properly/ been given any attention for the last 1 - 2 months :-/

( no one gets bug mail )

But there it is , this is one way to get attention to issuses , the other one is going trough logitechs official support channels by phone or mail . You could also take the issue to the official forum ( not this one ).

    Anyone else having problems?

For me the channel browse now works (and favourites) but all the rest of the Live 365 menu simply says 'Failed to Parse'...

Now, for me 12/20/2012 the live365 app went missing from my squeezebox boom. Can't find a fix, now looking for a new company to provide live 365. Do you know of any worthwhile companies supplying a decent player and support
