MySB outage: 5-9pm PDT (1-5am GMT)

MySB is taking a global maintenance outage this evening, March 26, from 5-9pm PDT (1-5am GMT). Hopefully will be shorter than this, but it may be down this long. This would be a good time to try out the next release of LMS.

So I guess with MySB down, I can't access the sounds & effects like the rain outside sound?

We live above the west side highway in midtown Manhattan, and the rain outside sound effect is a godsend in terms of a good nights sleep - my wife is not a happy camper, and she doesn't understand why the rain doesn't work.

I'll never take the white-noise rain outside background for granted ever again...

Are you upgrading mysqueezebox.com before LMS again ? Expecting the usual fw upgrade downgrade debacle, it's smother when both are released at the same time

For 99 cents you can play it from your own server and not have to rely on whether or not Logitech's servers happen to be running when you need them.

Thanks...I was just looking for a rain sounds album to play when you posted that.

For the next time: I just noticed you did not announce this in the Logitech support forum, right? Or did it get removed?
That would probably be a good place for an announcement, too, lots of questions about the outage there.

I've rechecked the username and password in settings and rebooted the vortexbox.
