I have run into a problem with "Plugins have been updated, restart server". Every time I restart, the message returns. The log files (default logging says nothing unusual.
This is what I've done:
- Disable all 3rd party plugins, clear cache, restart: doesn't help.
- Disable all plugins, clear cache, restart: works.
- Enable Extension Downloader, clear cache, restart: problem returns.
I cannot go into Extension Downloader Settings, all I get is the "Restart now" popup.
I'm on WIN XP, LMS 7.7.1, media on local disk.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mats

Remove the Plugin/state.prefs from the settings folder and try again.

That didn't help.
I disabled the automatic plugin update, and found that it's SqueezeScrobbler that wants to update to 1.2.8. The description for SqueezeScrobbler says HASH (0xab605ec), so the plugin might have been corrupted.
Stuck again.

Downloaded SqueezeScrobbler manually from Sourceforge. Looks good now.
Solved!
