Why does the alarm fail only on Mondays?
I'm talking about the failure where the alarm indicator is on, but the alarm time comes and goes without the alarm going off.
I've never seen this type of failure on any other day than Monday (my alarm is set for weekdays only). It happend again today, seems to happen about once a month.

mysqueezebox.com
I have no local server set up for the box.
It does not behave as if the network is down (I think I've had maby one network outage in the 3 years I've had this connection).
It behaves as if the Squeezebox alarm was not set for Monday, even though the alarm indicator is lit All Sunday, and remains lit all Monday.

Interesting, I had this happen for three consecutive Mondays in January and then it seemed to correct itself. The Boom seems fine now. Also using mysqueezebox.com. Am in Australia.

I know it doesn't help you, but I use my Boom through msb.com, too, and mine doesn't act that way. It came on this morning right when it was supposed to. Good luck with yours!

"And the silicon chip inside the Touch gets switched to overload..."
Not particularly helpful; just had to get it out of my system, sorry.
