    Over here http://forums.logitech.com/t5/MySque...wn/td-p/803959 logitech is now asking us to phone them. Phone numbers are apparently here http://logitech-en-emea.custhelp.com...tail/a_id/6861

    Let's all just phone, so we get this fixed.

    EDIT: I'm not sure what they're thinking we are going to get by phoning off business hours. The page they link to say:

    Sorry guys, something went wrong at Amazon and we're working on it. Longer term we plan to be more resilient against these kinds of Amazon failures.

    Redundancy??

    Hi Andy, this is not nice! They have redundant services at Amazon and frankly it is just not polite to point at anybody else.
    Please get your services right, make it redundant or triple save. It is worth it don't you think? You make a lot of money of it and invented the whole technical business scheme yourself. And don't you twitter? It would take some heat away. That is why you took an account, right? To inform us.

    I actually run my own server, but have just noticed that the MediaFly and Podcasts apps are missing from the main menu. Is this to do with the outage or is it a different problem?

    If the latter, what could have caused it. The plugins are enabled and the apps were here a couple of days ago. I have restarted the server to no avail.

    Yes, your absolutely true on both accounts... it's been quite a while since the last outage, at least what I've noticed, and phoning support has always been a waste of time, at least here in Sweden.

    We trust you get this sorted out real quick.
