Hey all,
Recently I bought a Squeezebox Boom from someone else. I can set up the Squeezebox Boom, except for the connection to Mysqueezebox.com
When I scroll on the display to Settings -> Informationn -> mysqueezebox.comInformation -> "MYSQUEEXEBOX.COM INFORMATION" it shows me the e-mailaddress from the previous owner. I can't find where to change this in the Squeezebox Boom.
In the setup-wizard it didn't ask me to enter a accountname.
Please can anybody tell me where to set this accountname / e-mailadres on the Squeezebox Boom.

It is set on mysqueezebox.com, not on the Boom itself. So you need to either (a) contact the previous owner and tell him/her to go to mysqueezebox.com and delete the Boom from his/her account, or (b) contact Logitech support, explain the situation to them, and ask them to delete the previous owner's account information.

I was in the exact same position two days ago, having bought a used Boom from Amazon Marketplace.

I sent a PM to Kiruban and CatLogitech, and Kiruban responded back within just a few minutes and changed the Boom over to my SqueezeBox account.
You will need to include in your PM, the MAC address of the Boom and your email address that you use to login to your mysqueezebox.com account.
Simple as that!

Thanks for the replies ! I sent an e-mail to Logitech Contact Support en provided them with my question and mac-address.
I hope they will respond soon.
