Unfortunately, it's missing a critical feature vs. the Windows version: it can't access/see my network share, where all my music resides. It seems to only be able to see what is on my local machine.

Is there any way around this, or update that could provide this functionality?
have you mapped your network share to a letter drive on your Mac (e.g., E:\). If you haven't try that.
    Location 1: VortexBox Appliance 6TB (2.2) > LMS 7.7.2 > Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet)
    Location 2: VBA 3TB (2.2) > LMS 7.7.2 > Touch > Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio)
    Office: Win7(64) > LMS 7.7.2 > SqueezePlay
    Spares: VBA 4TB, SB3, Touch (3), Radio (3), CONTROLLER
Controllers: iPhone4S (iPeng), iPad2 (iPengHD & SqueezePad), CONTROLLER, or SqueezePlay 7.7 on Win7(64) laptop
Ripping (FLAC) - dbpoweramp, Tagging - mp3tag, Spotify

I haven't tried that, yet. Right now, I have a script that runs on start-up which attached the Mini to my AFP shares on the NAS.

On my windows machine I just map my network shares to a letter drive. easy to do in windows I assume also easy to do in Mac, but not sure where this is done.

Gary, OS X doesn't use the concept of drive letters, but it seems as though Wineskin takes care of that for us. When I start this Mac version of mp3tag and use 'File' -> 'Change directory...' the browse window shows all my mounted drives as subdirectories of Z:\Volumes.

The key seems to be to get the drive showing up as a Device (in the left panel of the Finder). I did this by browsing to the machine with the drive I wanted (e.g. 'Finder' -> 'Go' -> 'Network') and then just double clicking on the drive. This made it show up on the desktop and under the list of Devices, and then it showed up in mp3tag under Z:\Volumes

Perfect. Glad it worked. I wonder if anyone is updating the Mac version of mp3tag. No major changes since that version but eventually one would want the updated mp3tag.

This was the key right here. My shares where there all along, but I would have never know to look under Z:\Volumes.

Program now works as expected. Thanks to all.
