Sbt not responding to touch.

Greetings, I have had my touch for a couple of weeks now, purchased new, and it is showing a problem. At this moment the touch screen is not responding to my touch, though I can turn it on and off using my ipod touch. I also noticed that the digital clock that I set up when the sbt has been turned off is now displaying the analog clock. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'd suggest a Factory Reset (press & hold the little power button on the back just above the power input port).
Then set up again to your liking including adding your digital clock screensaver.

Does your IR remote control work on the Touch? I had a new, out of the box Touch, where touch screen and remote wouldn't work. Would only power up by hitting the reset button each time. New replacement unit is smooth and responsive now.

I was unaware of the reset button on the back until I called tech support. I reset it and it has been fine since then. Thanks for the responses.
