time format whilst connected to mysb.com

Hi there,

Has anyone noticed that while the Squeezebox Classic (For instance) is connected to www.mysqueezebox.com, and under the player-settings (Accessed through mysb.com) the time-format is changed to say HH:MM:SS, this change is not applied on the Squeezebox when you hit apply?

When the Classic is disconnected from mysb.com, the changed format does suddenly appear correctly. Upon reconencting to mysb.com, the "incorrect" format appears again.

I was just wondering if this means that players connected to www.mysqueezebox.com will ALWAYS display the timeformat as HH:MM (AM/PM)and that the time-format setting only applies when not connected to mysb.com or if there's a bug in thhere somewhere.

MySB does not support seconds in the time display because of the server load this would generate. If it's available in the player settings list it's a bug.

I think I used an incorrect example.
I was not able to change from AM/PM display to 24hrs display of the time.

Yes, that is an old MySB bug that apparently never got fixed. When connected to MySB, try setting the time format on the player itself using the IR remote instead of the web interface (Home > Settings > Display > Time Format).
