For those in the UK, Touch for £134.99

PC World currently has a '£50.00 off' offer on the Touch. For reasons I don't understand, an additional £15.00 discount is added at checkout and delivery is free.

All in price £134.99 including delivery.

It was available at 5am (UK time) this morning, I bought one.

I guess that either the price was a mistake, or they had limited stock.

will look in pc world tomorrow, must admit i am tempted even at £150 but would like it to work with sd card using in built server. Looking at the comments it seems problematic.

    Smile The Bargain

I bought mine from PC World at around 10.30 yesterday. Right after that the offer vanished from the PC World website.
However, I had reported to Amazon that there was a better price offer available than their £199. It took them about 30 minutes to match the PC world price. But because PC World also gave an automatic extra discount of £15 the PC World price was still better.
Amazon seem to have gone back to the original pricing, so we really owe thanks the sharp eyes of Andy8421 who reported the PC World prices to the forum. Looks like we emptied out the Christmas stock for them!

just ordered one off pc world website, adds a discount of £15 so £135. I have the duet and not sure i have done the right thing but at the price it is a steal. What is the overall opinion of these, a bit mixed from reading. I must admit i was hoping to put around a 100 of my favourite albums an a sd card, rather than stream from my server.

At this price, a steal - I've just ordered one too, as my Duet handset is about dead these days - battery lasts only a second or two, and screen very dim.

I don't understand where the extra £15 discount came from either!

Plus I ordered via quidco link so another 1.5% off or so in cashback.
